Clinical and Psychiatric Social Work is almost the same exact thing.

Psychiatric social workers are the core mental health professionals who have earned their MSW. They’re trained to appreciate and emphasize the impact of environmental factors on mental disorders.

Clinical social workers provide mental health services for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders in individuals, families, and groups. Their goal is to enhance and maintain their patients’ physical, psychological, and social functioning.

School counselors may provide some services related to the above, but most often deal with high numbers of students and deal more with their educational progress and transition out of their current school onto the next level of education.
